Hello everyone and welcome to the NSW Directors report.

We got off to a good start in May with a pleasant drive up the F3 to the Entrance where we attended the American Muscle Car Day, which was previously postponed due to wet weather, but this time round the weather was fine and we all enjoyed a good day, which was capped of with Steve Springett and myself winning Trophies.

On the 18th May we had six cars attend the Early V8 Ford Clubs Concourse at Winford Motors, we all enjoyed the day and Pat Farrell took out the award for best visitor's car.  The last Saturday in May we gathered at the Liverpool Crossroads hotel for lunch , it turned out to be a very popular day with a good roll up of members and a fun time was had by all.

The first week in June saw three Thunderbirds and one Toyota Echo head up to Coolongatta for the Wintersun Festival.  While the weather was terrible and always threatening it held off to be pretty good for the weekend we were there, this event is something special with all sorts of cars on display along with rock and roll dancing competitions and several bands to keep the ample crowd entertained.

Our last run for June saw us gather at McDonalds at Heathcote, where we enjoyed a morning coffee before motoring off southward to the beautiful Panorama Function Centre which has one of the finest outlooks you could wish for. We had our monthly meeting in the bar area then into the Restaurant, where we has a very nice buffet lunch, once again we had a really good day.

That's all from me for now, all the best.

Jim Mathews.
